How does it work?

* For solo travelers, we organize groups of 4 to 6 people (mixed groups)

*When you register on our website, you can either join a trip that's already planned or opt for a trip that we suggest based on your profile. To confirm your trip registration, a deposit of 25% of the total amount will be required.

* Programs (safari and Kilimanjaro climb) are available on the website.

* Payment in full will be due as soon as the group is formed and no later than 35 days before the scheduled trip date. On our website, you can access the list and presentation of the participating adventurers by clicking on each trip.

* We will send you by email all the information necessary for the smooth running of your trip: equipment needed for climbing Kilimanjaro, equipment for the Safari, practical advice for preparing for your arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, etc.

* Share a unique experience while meeting other travelers

The offer is ideal for a solo traveler wishing to share and meet other travelers.

Groups will be mixed and rooms/tents will be shared by 2 people of the same gender.

Each group will consist of people of roughly the same age and interests. You can choose whether you want to be part of a group of 4 or 6 people. Groups of 6 people offer lower prices.

You can also register with your friends/partner/family. The registration form on the website will show you which boxes to check in this case.

* A guide will be present to accompany you throughout the course

For safaris, a guide and a cook will accompany you throughout the entire trip. The guide can be French-speaking or English-speaking, depending on your preference. Tips for the guide and cook are not included in our prices.

For the Kilimanjaro climb, an English-speaking guide will accompany you, along with a team of porters, a cook, and an assistant guide. Tips are not included in our prices.

Tips are highly recommended. For Kilimanjaro climbing, the minimum tip per adventurer is €200 (this amount will be shared between the porters, the cook, and the guides). Tips are not included in our prices.

* Our prices include: Accommodation, meals, drinking water, car and guide (excluding prices: other drinks such as beer, soda, etc. and tips)

Included in the price:

- French or English speaking driver/guide

- All taxes

- All entrance fees to the park, crater, etc.

- Kilimanjaro rescue fees (part of park entrance fees)

- Camping equipment ( excluding sleeping bag )

- Full board accommodation on the circuit

- For safaris: transport in an excellent 4x4 vehicle

- Driver's salary as well as vehicle parking fees

- Drinking water (unlimited)

- Meals (Breakfast – lunch – dinner)

- Transfer to the airport

- Binoculars (for safaris)

Not included in the price:

- Plane tickets

- Visa for Tanzania, travel insurance

- Medical and baggage insurance

- Accommodation at the end of the visit ( last day of the visit )

- Other drinks: alcoholic or non-alcoholic

- Telephone, laundry, internet, etc.

- Tips for drivers and guides ( €200 per adventurer for Kilimanjaro / €80 per adventurer for the safari )

- Other personal expenses

* Our prices do not include airfare (Planned landing at Kilimanjaro Airport)

A driver will pick you up at Kilimanjaro Airport to take you to Arusha (City in Northern Tanzania).

D0 (day of arrival): night at the hotel + Breakfast on D1 are included ( Other meals on D0 not included ).

The day of your arrival (D0) is mainly intended for the preparation of the Safari and/or Kilimanjaro stay as well as the meeting with the Guide. The guide will check the adventurers' equipment especially for the Kilimanjaro climb. Please note that it is possible to rent some on site.

- Light rain season: October – November – December

- ⚠ Heavy rainy season: March – April – May ⚠

- Dry season (to avoid rain): January – February – June – July – August – September

- The best seasons (beautiful vegetation): January – February – June - September
